Refund - Re-Do misleading

I agree with previous reviewer. Think carefully on this dress. It is not stretchy.
I am re-ordering because at least I think I would be ok with the next size up. Don’t be deceived by the “re-do”, I still paid for shipping to me, and again to re-ship the reorder.

Refund

I am very disappointed that I was unable to get a refund on the item I returned. The dress was beautiful but the measurements were wrong. The waist was four inches smaller that was described. I paid extra for a return guarantee. I thought that allowed me to receive a refund rather than a store credit. I guess I was sadly mistaken and now I have to wait until something is in stock to reorder at a later date. I understand store credits on clearance items but not when you are paying full price. I probably will never order again after I use my credit of $80. Very disappointed.
