NOTICE: We now only offer UPS as a shipping option! Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. We ship UPS Ground, which can take an additional 3-7 business days depending on your location.

We are seeing tracking numbers not updating for awhile, sometimes until after the package has been delivered. Again, we unfortunately have no control over this but we are still getting packages out within 48-72 business hours. We thank you for your grace and patience during this time! Please note: all orders ship within 48-72 business hours, Monday- Friday  

Orders over $200 are shipped free in the US! International shipping starts at $30 and may incur more fees based on shipping quote from UPS. You will be invoiced separately for this fee

We are required to charge state and local taxes of 8.25% for customers who reside in Texas only. This amount will be added to your order when it is totaled by our shopping cart system.

All orders are shipped by 'GROUND' within 48-72 business hours (this does not include holidays) from the day you place your order via UPS. 

 We highly recommend purchasing ROUTE at checkout for package insurance and selecting UPS as your shipping carrier. 

If you place an order that includes a PRE-ORDER we will ship all items together once the preordered item arrives. If you would like for us to ship in stock items before the preorder arrives please place a separate order.

Pomp and Circumstance Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We cannot issue refunds for lost or stolen items if they show as delivered. We recommend purchasing insurance if you are concerned about this.

International orders are delivered for $30 and may take up to 6-8 weeks for delivery.

If you would like overnight service, there will be an additional shipping fee, and you will need to contact us in a separate email at: orders@pandcboutique.com.

We will ship via FedEx or UPS at your request. Shipping costs may vary. Contact us at orders@pandcboutique.com for shipping fees.
