Shipping & Returns
We are required to charge state and local taxes of 8.25% for customers who reside in Texas only. This amount will be added to your order when it is totaled by our shopping cart system.
All orders are shipped by 'GROUND' within 48 hours via United States Postal Service and is now FREE!
Shoes will be shipped via USPS Parcel Select. Shipping time is approximately 5-7 business days. This is not guaranteed.
NOTICE: USPS shipments are taking longer than expected due to COVID-19. We have NO control over this, so please be patient with your orders.
Once your order is received, we will ship within 48 hours Monday-Saturday. USPS usually delivers in 3-5 business days, depending on location, but can take up to 10 business days. Exceptions to this policy would be if the item ordered is not in stock. You will be notified via email of an expected ship date. If you order via Instagram or Facebook and pay via PayPal, you will receive an email notification of when your order is shipped. You may purchase insurance for an additional fee. Pomp and Circumstance Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We cannot issue refunds for lost or stolen items if they show as delivered. We recommend purchasing insurance if you are concerned about this.
International orders are delivered for $30 and may take up to 2 weeks for delivery.
If you would like overnight service, there will be an additional shipping fee, and you will need to contact us in a separate email at: firstname.lastname@example.org.

We always want your shopping experience at Pomp and Circumstance to be a pleasurable one! We hope you love everything you purchase with us, however if something does not work, we'd love to help you! If you have any questions please call us at 713.524.2852, 10am-6pm CST Monday-Saturday.
All sales are final. Store credit will be issued if you are not 100% satisfied with your order within 14 days of purchase. No refunds or exchanges will be granted. Our inventory is limited, as well as on a live system; consequently, we are unable to do exchanges or holds. All store credits issued will have a $7 shipping fee deducted. If 2 items are return, $10 will be deducted. 3-5 items will have a $13 shipping fee deducted. 5 or more items will have $15-$20 fee deducted for heavy goods depending on quantity. We are happy to issue you a return shipping label for a fee, which will be deducted from your store credit total. The fee is $4 for one item, $6 for 2 items. Any additional items will be based on weight.
Any item over 20% off is considered FINAL SALE.
We cannot add discounts or refund you for a discount code after you have completed your purchase. Our system does not allow this. It is up to you to enter in any discount code you may have and make sure you have entered it in correctly.
-Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with an explanation of the items you are returning and the reason for the return. We will issue you a return shipping label. It must be printed within 24 hours or it will expire and we cannot send another label. The price of return Shipping will be deducted from your store credit along with the original shipping fee of $5.
-The returned item must be unworn, unwashed and in perfect condition, with the tags attached.
-We will always do our best to include measurements on all items. We highly recommend you take note of measurements and/or size charts to make sure the item will fit.
-We are not responsible for damages due to care of clothing. We highly recommend reading the care instructions before washing or dry cleaning any item.
-Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box. The box must be undamaged and shoes unworn. There will be a shipping charge for all shoe exchanges of $7.
-If you return items that have been tried on and makeup is visible, they will not be accepted as a return and the items will be sent back to you. If the item has perfume, or smells like smoke or like it has been washed, it will be returned to you at your cost.
-The following items are FINAL SALE: jewelry, scarves, handbags, wine tumblers, intimates, leggings and Gift Cards.
-You are responsible for return shipping costs and it is highly recommended that you insure any returns as we are not responsible for any lost packages.
-Please include a note explaining why you are returning the item. Your email must be included or we will not be able to contact you and the return will not be accepted.
-Please inspect all items upon receipt. If you believe an item is defective, you must contact us within 3 days of receipt. NO EXCEPTIONS.
-All sale items are FINAL SALE. There will be no returns or exchanges on sale merchandise.
-Once your package is received, please allow 7 business days for return processing. You will be emailed a notification once your return is received with instructions on how to claim your store credit.

-When ordering, please make sure you enter the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address that was provided upon ordering. We will not refund for packages sent to the wrong address unless it is our fault.
-When using a store credit from a return, we will charge $5 for shipping. This will apply to all returns. Store credit is NOT applied towards the shipping charge.
-We will only accept 5 returns in one calendar year. If more than 5 items are returned in one year, there will be a 20% restocking fee on top of the deducted shipping fee.
- If the order is returned past the 14 day limit or does not fit the return guidelines, the items will be sent back to you and a standard shipping charge will be applied to your card. If we are unable to process payment for the shipping fee your item will be donated to a local women’s shelter after 30 days.
-If order that aren't picked up in store within 1 year from date of purchase, they will be donated to local charities.
We inspect every item that is shipped out. Should you receive an item damaged, you will receive a replacement if the item is still in stock. We must be notified within 3 days of when the item is received if the item is damaged. No exceptions. If the item is not in stock, you will be refunded. We will not refund you unless the item is out of stock. Please follow the above instructions on how to return the item.
