Return Policy

 ALL HOLIDAY GIFT EXCHANGES CAN BE MADE UNTIL JANUARY 6th.  

Thank you for shopping with us! We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit only. All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of receiving your purchase. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return your purchase, place the item/items securely in packaging and include your proof of purchase/packing slip, then please click the link provided below and follow the instructions to receive a return label. Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the conditions of your item/items, we will process your return. Please allow at least 7 business days from the receipt of your package to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

 

EXECPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale items, earrings, intimates (including bodysuits), hats, headbands, food items and items damaged due to care of clothing.

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange. Please note that all defective or damaged products need to be reported within 5 days of receipt to receive a refund or exchange. We do not offer lifetime guarantees on our product.

  • All returns must be initiated through the link provided above, and once the steps are complete you will receive a return label via email.
  • If you return more than $500 within a 6-month period, you may be subject to a modified return policy and restocking fee.

How do I use the return portal?

First, click here: RETURNS

Enter your order number or email associated with your order. You will be presented with your order history. Once there, please select the eligible item you would like to return. Select a reason for the return. If an item says "not eligible for a return" this means it is FINAL SALE and cannot not be returned. Repeat steps 2 and 3 for each item you wish to return. Once this step is complete you will be in the final step to select store credit and enter your credit card number for a return label. The return label amount is not deducted from your store credit as you are paying separately. Loop will automatically calculate the cost of your return label based off the weight of the item. The Loop portal follows our return policy, therefore, if you are trying to return an item eligible and you are receiving the "not eligible for return" notice, please send your return using any carrier of your choosing to 4406 W 12th St. Houston, TX 77055
