With spring being here in full force, and summer just on the horizon, we're getting ready for the heat. Of course, as it gets warmer, we tend to wear less layers (think: dresses and sandals!), but we also like to switch up our hair. Whether that means getting it cut for the season or just styling it differently, we're all about a fresh take on our look for this half of the year. From braids to short bobs to long layers to ombre and more, we've rounded up some fabulous hair styles to help inspire your new 'do! Which is your favorite?

It's been awhile since we blogged and we're excited to be back! We promise to bring y'all more fun posts about everything fashion, beauty, mommyhood and more.
While I am not much of a blogger, I do LOVE fashion (I do own a boutique!) AND beauty products! Some of you may know that I have had some health issues over the past year and in January had a bout of meningitis (the worst thing ever). Because I had meningitis, I had to take steriods for several weeks. Umm, no one told me what it would do to my skin! I've always had pretty good skin until I had my son, Wright. I swear- pregnancy changes EVERYTHING! I've had a few episodes of acne due to endometreosis and hormonal changes, but nothing compared to what happened when I was on steriods. I'm too embarrassed to post a picture of what my skin looked like, so just imagine a 12 year olds skin on a 35 year old face. It.Was.AWFUL. The fun part? I'm now stuck with redness and scarring. All over my face. FUN! I had to do something about it and I searched high and low for the perfect acne wash and something for redness. Ladies, I've found the holy grail!
First of all, I wanted a somewhat natural acne medication without harsh chemicals that would cause more damage to my health. I did a ton of research and found... Relogy! It's a 2 step process with an additional spot applicator for those pesky pimples that pop up. The first step is the wash. Here's the thing I had to get used to: you DON'T wash it off your face! For the first few weeks, I would wash my face with it and rinse, then would leave the wash on without rinsing. I found that it totally dried my face out so just went to leaving it on my face at night. The second part is their moisturizer which is made from coconut milk. I'm telling you- this stuff works! It took about 4 weeks for me to really start seeing a difference, and now my face, chest and back are definitely clearing up! It's around $50- not too bad, especially because I've now been using it for 2 months and have at least another month left of the wash!
Now that I have my acne somewhat under control, I now have to deal with the scarring and redness that comes along with it. Here's my secret: It Cosmetics Bye Bye Redness. Seriously y'all, this stuff is life changing! It's around $40, but again, lasts awhile because you only need a little. I put it on after the Relogy moisturizer, then I put the It Cosmetics CC Cream on and my face looks so smooth and all one shade!
Here's my before and after pic. It doesn't look as airbrushed on as it does in the after pic, but I think you'll see the huge difference it makes!
Can I get a pat on the back for posting this picture on the world wide web?!
If you're looking for a new beauty regimen, I highly recommend these products. Try it and let me know what you think!!
Hope y'all have a great week.
